Avifor 340 is a company based in the Principat of Andorra, to serve commercial flight crews, as well as anyone who has a link or wants to get involved in the world of aviation and needs to be oriented. Our main goal is to accompany the professionals of the sector in four fundamental pillars: Consulting and Management, Location, Flight Operations and Training:
- Consulting and Management: Support and manage those areas in which Avifor 340 works, from AB Initio to future professionals, to consolidated professionals in the aviation sector.
- Location: Give specialized support to flight crews who wish to install their regular residence in the Principat of Andorra and at the same time promote the aero sector in the Pyrenean country.
- Flight operations: Offer flight crews for commercial aircraft operations.
- Training: Support and organize the maintenance of Flight Licenses / Type and Class Ratings, medical certificates, EASA language proficiency exam and all kinds of courses that may be of interest in the development of the aeronautical world.
OUR VISION
The world of aviation has always been known as a globalized sector, even before this term was applied to many of the current companies, paradoxically the flight staff recruited by those same companies, adhered to strict contractual terms, nowadays a change in trend in aeronautical contracting systems is being seen, due to the emergence in the markets of new airlines with operating structures that move away from traditional companies and with a tendency towards more globalized hiring positions, consequently less contracted, but that causes to the professionals of the aero sector, in spite of the fact that the strict concept of freelance does not exist as such, have to be responsible for the management of maintenance of certain ratings, medical services, payment of taxes and social security, among other legal obligations, whether professional or state regulations. For these reasons comes the creation of Avifor 340, a company located in the Principat of Andorra, near and practically equidistant from the international airports of Barcelona and Toulouse (headquarters of Airbus Industries), being the airport of La Seu d'Urgell the nearest to the country of the Pyrenees, besides being considered a privileged environment for professional and family life, with innumerable economic and personal advantages with respect to the countries of its environment. Avifor 340 takes advantage of all the resources of a country like Andorra and all the years of experience of its team, to offer it to flight crews and their professional needs, as well as to all those who want to participate in the aero sector, either inside and outside the Andorran borders.

Travel Management and Advice: Meet the needs of our customers, before, during and after a trip. Advising them during the preparation, assisting them in real time to solve the eventualities that may arise during the same, such as flight cancellations or delays of the same and making a follow-up to manage the claim of a possible compensation.

Residence: Manage the transfer to Andorra, for those aviation professionals who want to change their usual residence and live in the Andorra.
